Shipping rates are calculated based on your postcode and item(s) ordered.
The default option for postage is standard shipping by Couriers Please.
We also send goods through Australia Post eParcel. Australia Post eParcel (insured) is also a delivery option. Via eParcel delivery (standard & insured), your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Standard and insured delivery for orders to some remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Please note: we only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders. In particular, orders over 22kg and orders that are subject to cubing will be contacted for an extra postage quote.
Not Received or Undelivered Parcels
Please call Couriers Please on 1300 361 000 or go to www.couriersplease.com.au and submit a query under "Contact". You will need your tracking number which will be sent to your email as soon as the products are dispatched from our warehouse.
Alternatively, please call AUSPOST on 131 118 or go to www.auspost.com.au and log an enquiry under "help & support". You will need your unique eParcel number which will be sent to your email as soon as the products are dispatched from our warehouse.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however, we will not be liable for late delivery by Couriers. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Nano4Life Australia's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by Couriers Please or Australia Post for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
As we are subject to postal service timeframes, we recommend ordering before December 15th, to ensure delivery before Christmas.
