How to apply:

We recommend doing a test on a small area first; allow it to cure for 24-48 hours to determine the desired results.
Before you apply, make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of residues.
Do not dilute Nano4-Wood with water, as it is not required.
You can use a brush, paint roller, spray on or a HVLP spray gun for best and economical installation.
For the best results apply generously on the surface and make sure it’s wet. We recommend applying at least two coats (wet to wet) or more, depending on the absorption. Some surfaces may be able to get away with one coat.
Nano4-Wood takes about 24-48 hours (at 20°C) to be fully cured. The time required for curing may vary depending on ambient temperatures.
Protection last up to 5 years. However, you may need to re-apply earlier depending on the harshness of the environment and on high foot traffic areas. To determine whether you need to re-coat or not, just wet the surface with water. If water is absorbed, then re-apply with Nano4-Wood.

Coverage

The amount required each time depends on the method of application and type of surface. One litre can cover the surface area of approximately between 5m² – 33m².

Precautions - DO NOT SWALLOW

Apply when surface temperature is between 5-30°C
Avoid moisture contact with the surface after application until fully cured for 24-48 hours for optimum results
Protect surrounding after application to avoid damage on freshly coated surfaces
Wear gloves and protective clothing
If using spray on, avoid applying in windy conditions
Wash hands after application
Keep ignition sources away - Do not smoke
Keep out of reach of children
PH Value 14 or above cleaner can destroy the effect
Nano4-Wood does not protect against acid, etching, wear and high water pressure 50 bar and above
