Recommended Applications

NATURAL STONE	NUMBER OF COATS
Flagstone, Sandstone, Quartzite, Slate, Concrete	1 wet coat (Preferably with a brush to help penetrate the surface better)
Bluestone, Granite, Travertine	2 coats. Apply the 2nd coat before the 1st coat dries while it’s still wet (usually within 5 – 10 minutes). Please note that these stone may not have the “hydrophobic” effect, however, the surface is still protected.

EASY TO APPLY

STEP 1. We recommend doing a test on a small area first; allow it to cure for 24 – 48 hours to determine the desired results.

STEP 2. Before you apply, make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of residues. Do not dilute Nano4-Stone with water, as it is not required.

STEP 3. You can use a brush, spray on or HVLP spray gun for best and economical installation. For the best results apply generously on the surface and make sure it’s wet. We recommend applying at least two coats (wet to wet) or more, depending on the absorption. Apply the 2nd coat before the 1st coat dries while it’s still wet (usually within 3 – 5 minutes). Some surfaces may be able to get away with one wet coat.

STEP 4. Nano4-Stone takes about 24 – 48 hours (at 20℃) to be fully cured. The time required for curing may vary depending on ambient temperatures

Nano4-Stone offers a long life protection of up to 8 years for new surface and when applied correctly according to instructions and maintained according to Nano4Life’s maintenance guide. However, you may need to re-apply earlier depending on the harshness of the environment and on high foot traffic areas.

TIPS

For the best results apply generously on the surface and make sure the coatings are wet.

PRECAUTIONS – DO NOT SWALLOW

Apply when surface temperature is between 5 – 30℃
Avoid moisture contact with the surface after application until fully cured for 24 – 48 hours for optimum results
Protect surrounding after application to avoid damage on freshly coated surfaces
Wear gloves and protective clothing
If using spray on, avoid applying in windy conditions
Wash hands after application
Store in a cool and dry location away from direct sunlight
Keep out of reach of children
PH Value 14 or above cleaner can destroy the effect
Nano4-Stone does not protect against acid, etching, wear and high water pressure 50 bar and above
